WKU Class Visit

Professors, complete the form below to book class/es at the Museum. The Museum's public hours are Wednesday through Saturday 9AM-4PM, but the Education Curator  often accommodates early morning or evening WKU classes Monday-Friday. 

Every semester, professors from a wide variety of subject areas bring their classes to the Museum. Some teach class in our Western room for a majority of the period, and then send students out to a specific exhibit. Other professors want to utilize the entire period touring one or more of our exhibits. While some professors want guided tours, others do not. The Museum is happy to structure class visits any way the professor wants!

Please indicate on the Class Request Form below how you want to spend the class period. Teaching in the Western room for half the period? Touring the entire Museum? What do you want to do? 

The Kentucky Museum will respond to request within 48 business hours. Please complete a separate request for each class.  

 *Based upon staff availability, the Museum can often accommodate requests for class tours before opening hours or after closing hours.
