BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Hundreds of Western Kentucky University students were in Downing Student Union Wednesday to explore potential career paths at the Parks and Recreation Career Fair.
Many attendees were majoring in park, recreation, and nonprofit administrative programs.
Representatives from various local organizations were at booths providing students with information about internships, volunteer positions and full-time employment opportunities. For students like Will Dykes, a junior at WKU, the chance to network with professionals in their desired field was invaluable.
