WKU will host the 2020 IF4 (International Fly Fishing Film Festival) in a virtual format for viewers in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. We hope you'll join us online November 10th to support WKU Fly Fishing.
The International Fly Fishing Film Festival consists of short films produced by professional filmmakers from all corners of the globe, showcasing the passion, lifestyle and culture of fly-fishing. This inspiring collection of family-friendly films contains exclusive content, only available through these screenings, and is a must see experience!
Date: November 10, 2020*
Start time: Film begins at 7:30 PM EST (6:30 PM CST)
Tickets and event info: http://bit.ly/if4-wku
*Viewing options/flexibility: Your ticket entitles you to watch IF4 live on the time and date indicated. If something comes up, no problem! You can log in at any time within 48 hours of the event date and you will have up to 7 days to watch the film festival.
This virtual event will put WKU in front of a much larger audience than usual. We also get to include some custom content and we're excited about that opportunity. Please join us and share this event info with your friends. Even if fly-fishing isn't their thing, these films are almost always shot in amazingly beautiful places.
IF4 will be awarding swag and sponsor offers to viewers at each and every screening. Plus, one lucky attendee (from all of the IF4 screenings combined) will be selected to win the 2020 Grand Prize draw including thousands in the most cutting-edge gear offered by IF4 sponsors!
We’d like to acknowledge Cabela’s and their continuing support which makes our local screenings possible.
WKU Fly Fishing, housed in the WKU Recreation Administration program, was designed to serve university students and the community by providing “opportunities for people of the region to be educated, entertained, assisted, and inspired outside the classroom." (WKU Strategic Plan 2018-2028)
