TIMELINE INFO: Preparing to enter the BSN and ASN nursing programs and the application process usually takes more time than students think it will. Generally the application deadlines are in January for students wanting to start the actual nursing program in August. For those seeking to start nursing classes in January you should apply in July. But prior to nursing application all WKU students should have advisement through the ACE advisement lab. Transfer students must contact the WKU nursing program they are interested in for assistance. Not all classes from other colleges will transfer, so it is best to get advice before you take classes anywhere and try to transfer them in later.
