Membership Application Process

Below are the steps to joining WKU ASCD.

1. Complete ASCD Student Membership Application. Download form here (Microsoft Word).
2. Pay for the ASCD national dues-- Write a $29 check or use a credit card. If using credit for the national dues, include your credit card information on the form.
3. Pay WKU's Chapter of ASCD dues--$20—cash or check.
4. Return the 3 above items to Dr. Rebecca Stobaugh. Dr. Stobaugh's office is #1015 Gary A. Ransdell Hall.
