Bowling Green Shuttle Service

 

Bowling Green Shuttle provides convenient, affordable and easy to use service to and from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) for students, faculty, and staff.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. To make reservations, email reservations@bgshuttle.com or call 270-781-4321 during the Bowling Green Shuttle Services office hours, 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. weekdays and 8 A.M. – 12 P.M. Saturday and Sunday. 

 

The following campus pickup locations are available: 

• Intersection of College Heights Blvd. and Avenue of Champions

• Campbell Lane Lot

• Creason Lot

• Poland Lot

• Eva and Jim Martens Alumni Center

 

Arrival times at the Nashville International Airport are approximately two-hours after on-campus pick-up.  Bowling Green Shuttle will depart WKU at the following times:

• 6 A.M.

• Noon

• 6 P.M.

 

The pick-up location at the Nashville International Airport to return to WKU will be at Carousel 5. 

The contracted price for faculty, staff, and students is $80 for each one-way trip.  An additional $25 discount will be offered to active WKU students making the one-way price for students $55.  WKU Parking and Transportation subsidizes the discount for students as an incentive to choose the carless option and to leave their vehicles at home.
