Class or Organization Presentations
The Learning Center is available to visit WKU classes and organizations! Presentations last 15-20 minutes and may be scheduled using the presentation request form. During the presentation, we will outline the services provided by The Learning Center and demonstrate how to schedule an appointment in TutorTrac.
TutorTrac Reports
Faculty and staff may request a report by completing the TutorTrac report request form. TutorTrac is the scheduling platform that tracks both study hours and tutoring appointments. Requests may take up to a week to process.
Please email tlc@wku.edu if you would like to discuss other options of verifying when students attend tutoring appointments.
