ONE WKU Inclusive Teaching Academy
- Monday, October 4th, 2021
The inaugural cohort will be limited to 15 participants who will belong to a community of peers with shared interests in inclusive teaching. Regardless of your level of experience with culturally responsive pedagogy, the ITA provides a space where you can share experiences, experiment with evidence-based practices, build skills, and reflect on your role as an educator. The ITA will commence in January 2022 and conclude in May 2022.
The home college of each participating faculty member will allocate $1,500 toward an undergraduate scholarship fund. This fund will be used to attract students from a broad range of backgrounds who will contribute to the diversity of the student body in the college and academic programs.
The applications are open today and the deadline to apply is Monday, November 1. To access the application and application instructions, please visit this webpage.
