Advising Appointment

You may set up an appointment to meet with your academic advisor to discuss your major, course registration, academic progress, success strategies, and campus resources. Use the Making an Advising Appointment instructions below to schedule your appointment.

1. Log into TopNet
2. Go to the "Student Services" tab
3. Click on "Registration"
4. Click on "View Advisor Information"
5. If there is a "Schedule Appointment" link provided, click on that link and follow the steps to set up your appointment.
6. If a link is not provided to schedule an appointment, please send an email to the academic advisor listed to request an advising appointment. When you email the advisor, be sure to include your WKU (800 or 801) student ID number. If you do not see an advisor listed, please email academic.advising@wku.edu to request an appointment.

The Advising and Career Development Center offers both in-person advising appointments and virtual advising appointments via Zoom.

 

Walk-In Advising

The Advising and Career Development Center offers walk-in advising for students in office and by phone during the hours below. You are welcome to stop by or give us a call to speak with an academic advisor.

Walk-In Advising Hours

Mondays: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Fridays: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
