Important Billing Information and Payment Options

Please be aware that due to regulations imposed on our office, should your parent or relative contact our office to inquire about your student billing account, you must be present or on a conference call with your parent or relative for us to be able to discuss most account details, including financial aid information.

If you would like future billing notification emails to be sent to an additional email address, please log in to TopNet - select Personal Information, View/Update Email Address - select Billing Email Address, and then enter your Billing email address.

Please be advised, if payment is not received by the due date listed on your billing statement, you will be assessed a $100 LATE PAYMENT FEE unless you have already been assessed a late payment fee this semester. Also, a financial obligation hold, which may prohibit registration activity, will be placed on your student account and will remain until your balance is paid in full.

Delinquent accounts receivable are placed with a collection agency and collection fees will be added, increasing the amount owed. Accounts will also be reported to the National Credit Bureaus.

If you register and decide not to attend, you MUST withdraw from all classes prior to the first day of classes on TopNet or by notifying the Registrar's Office in writing to ensure that you will not owe tuition and late payment fees and receive "F" grades. You are responsible for your own enrollment status. The university will NOT process a drop for non-payment.

Information regarding the Big Red Backpack program charge can be found here. Please contact The WKU Store at sm8358@bncollege.com with questions. NOTE: The per credit hour Big Red Backpack charge is non-refundable after the 100% refund period.
