Jim Lindsey specializes in teaching applications, computer concepts, personal productivity technologies, and introductory analytics. Prior to teaching at WKU, he worked as a government contractor for computer services overseas and as a technology consultant to law firms in Nashville, Tennessee. He is interested in pedagogical ways to increase student learning and engagement. Recently, Jim has trained and gotten a couple of certifications in hotel data analytics. He is co-coaching WKU’s Market Study Team to compete in STR’s hotel data analytics competition.
The Gordon Ford College of Business is a top business school with dual AACSB accreditation in both business and accounting programs.
