Biography

Dr. LeAnne Coder is Professor of Management at Western Kentucky University. Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of small business human resource management practices, career/personality fit, and organizational network analysis. She has published articles in academic journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Management Journal, Journal of Economic Psychology, and Contemporary Economic Policy. She currently serves as the Assurance of Learning Coordinator for the Gordon Ford College of Business and as the President of the Small Business Institute. Before joining WKU in 2007, LeAnne worked in industry for 15 years and held positions such as human resource manager, logistics manager, inventory control manager, cost analyst, and production engineer.
