Steps to Self-Report Tier II Activities
On the Home page, click on My Health in the left navigation bar and select Tracking from the dropdown list.
On the Tracking page, click on the circle with “+” sign to left of WKU – Self-Reported Trackers for an expanded list. Then, click on the green +Track button associated with the Wellness Seminar / Activity tracker and complete the ‘Add Entry’ box – click on Yes, enter the webinar/recording title in the Notes and click Save & Finish.
NOTE: If not previously completed, you will need to add the Wellness Seminar / Activity tracker to your WKU – Self-Reported Trackers. Use ‘Add A Tracker’ button at top of page.
