WKU Human Resources is revitalizing our Performance Development process and systems.  This website will be used to communicate updates and project information.  We invite you to explore the site to gain a better understanding of the project and its goals and encourage you to check back often, as we continue to add content.

Updates:

January 2021- Re-engagement of Design Team and Advisory Committee on path forward after COVID-19 delays

November 2020- Project paused per Leadership guidance until January 2021

September 2020- Re-engagement of Design Team and Advisory Committee on path forward due to COVID-19

March 2020- Performance Development Project paused due to COVID-19 Pandemic

January 2020- Data and feedback from the Pilot Program is being reviewed.  A RFI has been submitted to seek information on technology platforms that can support the new process.

December 2019- PD Pilot Program closes

September 2019- PD Pilot Program begins

August 2019- Kick Off meetings begin for PD Pilot Program units

July 1, 2019- WKU Project team begins work on program content and PD Pilot Program

June 12, 2019- WKU project team holds half day retreat to begin developing Purpose Statement and Guiding Principles for new PDP

June 11, 2019- WKU project team (now including Design Team) hosts Non-Supervisor Input Sessions to determine what employees would like to see in a new PDP

May 2019- Performance Development (PD) Design Team, Advisory Committee, and Pilot Groups are identified for the project

May 1 & 2, 2019- WKU project team (now including Sibson Consulting) hosts Supervisor Input Sessions to determine what supervisors would like to see in a new Performance Development program (PDP)

March 2019- WKU project team and Sibson Consulting project team meet to develop timeline and key goals for the project
