Making the transition from home and high school to college can be incredibly challenging, especially for students relocating from around the globe. More than 2,100 student participate come to Bowling Green to attend M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan and start their career at WKU each year. 

When you sponsor M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan at WKU, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to welcome the newest members of the WKU family to the Bowling Green community,

  • Provide students with information about your services, programs, location, etc.,

  • Invest in the future success of thousands of college students, and

  • Support one of WKU's most influential programs and students' most memorable first year college experiences.

  • Insert of flier* in participant welcome packet OR promotional item provided during week 
  • Recognition of donation on website, scheduling app and at a large scale event 
  • Insert of flier* in participant welcome packet and promotional item provided during week 
  • Recognition of donation on website, scheduling app and at a large scale event 
  • Access to student participants during a scheduled event or tabling opportunity 

The Fellowship Tier gives organizations the opportunity to sponsor one of the large group events, which includes: potential drone welcome show, Big Red’s Blitz, Silent Disco, Late Night Breakfast, Performer (hypnotist, comedian, etc.), Free Money Game Show, Glow Golf or Paint Party. Fellowship Tier sponsors will also receive: 

  • Insert of flier* in participant welcome packet and promotional item provided during week 
  • Recognition of donation on website, scheduling app and at large scale event 
  • Access to student participants during a scheduled event or tabling opportunity 

 

 

*Flier should be no larger than 8.5”by11” in size.Postcards are also acceptable. Must provide 2,100 copies in order to be included. Copies must be delivered to the Housing & Residence Life Office (Southwest Hall) by July 1, 2025.
