Looking for a great way to leave a lasting impression?
Help us roll out the Big Red Carpet and assist our Hilltoppers move in to their Home on the Hill.
Promote your organization – Move-in is a great time to share the benefits and resources of your organization.

Gain community service hours - Students who volunteer for will receive community service hours for their hours volunteered.

Greet students and their families as they arrive to their designated unloading spots

Help collect and distribute moving carts

Help unload students' belongings from their vehicles

Assist students with physically moving their belongings to their room

If your group or organization would like to help with move in, please email douglas.tate@wku.edu
A confirmation email will be sent one week prior to your volunteer date and will include building assignment, volunteer time, and number of anticipated volunteers.
