Notice: Accommodated Test Requests for Finals Week Must be Submitted Before 4:30PM THURSDAY, APRIL 25TH
IMPORTANT REMINDERS & LINKS TO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW
Accommodated proctoring requests should be submitted within seven (7) business days before the quiz or exam.
Requests are not processed after University operating hours or during observed breaks/closures.
Tests are proctored during University operating hours between 8:00am-4:30pm.

Accessibility Issue? If there is an accessibility concern of any kind, please contact the SARC, as well
as the corresponding department.
If a push button for a door or an elevator is not working, or other physical obstructions
occur, contact the Department of Facilities Management at 270-745-3253.
