New to WKU in 2018, Cherry Creative is a team of creative storytellers — writers, designers, artists, photographers and videographers with the skills to produce insightful, impactful media. Whether reaching the university audience or the wider community, Cherry Creative engages an array of clients to produce creative, sponsored storytelling across platforms, providing support and resources for the College Heights Herald and Talisman.

In 2020, Cherry Creative won the Innovation Pacemaker from Associated Collegiate Press for its WKU Graduate Gallery project. It was the first time ACP has awarded a Pacemaker, the antion's highest honor for student-led media, for innovation.

This team produces sponsored content pieces that will be published by the Herald or Talisman, special sections that will be published in the Herald, advertising campaigns that will run in both publications, and other special projects.

Opportunities and projects include:

• Sponsored content in the Herald or Talisman
• Themed supplements to the Herald
• Digital and print advertising campaigns in Student Publications products
• Specialty publications
