"My thesis examining contemporary dance improvisation in the USA and UK, which was inspired by my discoveries in Lisa Long's improv class and supported by the Honors College,, FUSE Grant, Study Abroad, the Beverly Veenker Scholarship and mentors Mary Ellen Miller and Walker Rultledge, and a number of others really pushed me in the right direction and led me down the path to achieving my dream career! I would not be where I am today without the help of the WKU Theatre and Dance Department and the wonderful professors that guided me."
