Elite Transport Group (BGShuttle) provides convenient, affordable and easy to use service to and from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) for students, faculty, and staff.

To make a reservation, visit elitetransportgroup.co, email Office@elitetransportgroup.co or call 270-781-4321.  Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Group rates may be available.  Please contact BGShuttle for more information.  Office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM.  

 

The following campus pickup locations are available Monday - Saturday:  

• Intersection of College Heights Blvd and Avenue of Champions

• Campbell Lane Lot

• Creason Lot

• Poland Lot

• Eva and Jim Martens Alumni Center

 

Arrival times at the Nashville International Airport are approximately two-hours after on-campus pick-up.  Bowling Green Shuttle will depart WKU at the following times:

• 6AM

• 12PM Noon

• 6PM

 

The pick-up location at the Nashville International Airport to return to WKU will be at Carousel 5.  Pick-ups are Monday - Saturday at the following times: 

• 8AM

• 2PM

• 8PM

PLEASE NOTE:  Sunday pickups from the Nashville International Airport will be at 1PM and 6PM only.  Reservations for Sunday pickups at the Nashville International Airport should be made by 4PM on the previous Wednesday.
