Parking and Transportation Services has a customer service curb-side check-in process.  You may register prior to arrival or once you get to the office. 

1.  Register at wku.edu/ptscheckin. 

When registering, you will enter:

• Name

• WKU ID or drivers license number

• Telephone Number

2.  Select your classification (Student, Faculty/Staff, Contractor, Visitor, etc). 

3.  Select a reason for your visit. 

4.  Wait to be contacted.  You will receive a "Please Come inside" message.
