Parking and Transportation Services has launched a customer service curb-side check-in process.  You may register prior to arrival or once you get to the office. 

1.  Register at wku.edu/ptscheckin. 

When registering, you will enter:

• Name

• WKU ID or drivers license number

• Reason for your visit

• Telephone Number

2.  "Check-In."

3.  After you arrive, select "I'm Here."

3.  Wait to be contacted.  You will receive the "Come In" message  once it is your turn to come inside.

4. There is a virtual wait line.
