Colonnade Proposals: When creating or revising a course, proponents will be prompted on whether the course should be considered for Colonnade approval. If "yes" is selected, the proponent will be required to upload the appropriate Colonnade course proposal form along with the course syllabus. Visit https://www.wku.edu/colonnade/faculty-resources.php to download the necessary forms. When Colonnade is selected, the committee will be included as part of the workflow. The Colonnade Committee must approve the course before it moves to the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee.

Professional Education Committee:  If course is a part of a teacher certifiable program or if a teacher certification program is  proposed or revised, the proponent should indicate PEC approval is required on the form. Then, PEC will be included in the workflow. If you have questions concerning whether the proposal requires PEC approval, please contact the Dean's Office in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences
