Spirit! Pep Band

The Spirit Pep Band is a high-energy group of musicians who use their musical talents to provide the unique home-game atmosphere at all WKU Men's and Women's Hilltopper Basketball games. This band also plays at Lady Hilltopper Volleyball games throughout the fall and spring semesters. Band members have the opportunity to travel to bowl games and tournaments when available.

Rehearsals: Rehearsals occur before the season begins, times TBA.
Instructors: Dr. Matthew McCurry, Graduate Assistants
Course: MUS 3** - This is a bi-semester class (Oct - Mar) and will require mid-semester registration.

Membership in the Spirit Pep Band is by competitive auditions that takes place in September of each year. There is a performance stipend available to all members who audition for membership. For more audition information, click below.
