Alcoa Executive Vice President to Speak at WKU

Kay Meggers, Executive Vice President and Global President of Global Rolled Products for Alcoa, will be presenting a lecture on strategy execution to graduate students of the Gordon Ford College of Business on Wednesday, February 26 at 1:50 in Grise Hall 439.
Dr. Meggers is responsible for Alcoa’s global mill products and rigid packaging business. He oversees the Australian rolled products businesses, and Alcoa’s operations in Russia. Meggers was elected an executive vice president of Alcoa in December 2011 and is a member of the Alcoa Executive Council, the company’s senior leadership group.
He holds degrees in physics and materials science from the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany.
The public is welcome to attend the lecture.
