Biography
I am a first-generation college student, and I have been teaching at WKU since 2003. My main focus in teaching and research is the field of income taxation. Currently, I serve as the Program Director for the Master of Accountancy and Data Analysis. I am also the chair of the Accounting Department Assurance of Learning Committee. I enjoy my job very much and am grateful for the many wonderful students I’ve been able to meet and work with over the years.

In addition to my time on campus, I volunteer preparing taxes for the Grayson County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and serve on the board of directors for the Grayson County Alliance.

My husband and I have lived near Nolin Lake since July 2016. We enjoy all sorts of lake-based activities. I am also a huge fan of snow skiing and try to get out West to ski at least once or twice each winter. We enjoy spending a good deal of time with family and friends.
