Visiting Student Letter Request Form
Complete this form if you are ONLY taking classes at a visiting school and are not enrolled at courses at Western Kentucky University for the specified semester/term.
If you are enrolled in WKU courses for the requested semester/term, then you need to complete the Veteran Certification Request Form on your TopNet account and enter the courses at the bottom of the form that you are taking at your visiting school.
DO NOT use this form to request certification for WKU courses!
This form will be processed in the order it is received in the VA Office at Western Kentucky University.
