Future Healthcare Professionals

Apply to the Future Healthcare Professionals summer camp.
FHP is a health career exploration program open to high school students in the area.
Summer 2025 FHP program will be held in-person from 9:00 am -12:00 pm July 14, 15,
16, 17, 18 & 21at the WKU Glasgow campus (500 Hilltopper Way, Glasgow, KY 42141).
Throughout the program, students will explore different areas of the healthcare field through hands-on activities and guest speakers. Applications are due July 10, 2024.
Program Requirements:
- Commit to good attendance
- Participants must be current high school students.
- Registration is limited to 18 students.
Past Activities:
- Measuring vitals
- Learning to suture
- Learning to intubate
- Stop the Bleed certification
- CPR certification
- Meeting with health professionals and more!
