Faculty Member receives grant

Dr. Khouryieh has received a research grant of $7,500 from the NSF Kentucky EPSCoR to research methods to increase the oxidative stability of fish oil. His project titled “Increasing the Oxidative Stability of Omega-3 Fatty Acids Utilizing Emulsion-Based Delivery Systems."
