“Wild, Wild Western.” This is the Homecoming theme of the year 2021. Ogden college faculty and alumni celebrated the homecoming at the Ogden college homecoming tent on Oct. 30 on South Lawn.

WKU has received a grant from the National Science Foundation to replace the telescope and control system at the Bell Observatory. The new instrument will be the largest optical telescope in Kentucky.

Jordyn Hurley, a senior from Lexington, is earning a double major in physics and chemistry with a concentration in pre-medicine at WKU. As a cancer survivor, she said she knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in medicine.
