Our Faculty and Staff

I Tsai Pan holds an M.A. degree in TCSOL (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) from the National Taiwan Normal University. She received her bachelor's degree in English Literature from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. Before joining WKU, she taught Chinese at different language centers and worked as a Chinese textbook editor.
