Part-Time Faculty Evaluations
Part-time faculty at WKU are evaluated annually based on each department/college's criteria for effective teaching.
- Chairs/Directors or their designees (Evaluators) initiate the part-time evaluations in WKU's Workflow system.
- Then, part-timers receive email notifications to review the evaluations.
- Part-timers may either accept the evaluation without comment OR add a comment or supplemental document in response to the evaluation.
- Part-timers are notified once the process is complete.
Note: Part-timers and Evaluators receive email notifications at every stage of the process.
