Stress and Time Management
Stress is a feeling college students know all too well. HEP is here to help WKU students manage their time and stress levels in a healthy and effective manner in order to ensure student success, even after they graduate! Approaching stress and time management from a wellness perspective will give students the tools they need to accomplish their goals without jeopardizing their health.
By the end of this presentation, the following objectives will be met:

Students will be able to differentiate between stress and chronic stress.

Students will understand how chronic stress negatively affects health.

Students will be able to write out a plan to stay organized and set priorities.

Students will challenge myths surrounding alcohol and drugs and stress management.

Students will be able to effectively apply methods to manage stress in their everyday lives.
