Online Registration

Please complete the online registration form below. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk. If you have any problems using this online form please contact Dr. Jasminka Terzic.

Please note that each team MUST have four team members in order to participate in the competition. If one of your team members is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to bring another student as a replacement, but please notify the organizers as soon as possible.

There is no registration fee for participation in the Western Kentucky Physics Olympics. However, to complete the registration process we require:

a current photo of the coach and each team member, and
a completed photo release form for each team member.

These materials can be electronic files (jpg, png, or gif files for the images) e-mailed to olympics@physics.wku.edu or hardcopies snail-mailed to:
