This workshop will cover common mistakes and questions about using library resources. No matter their academic level, many students struggle to identify where and how to start research. This confusion can come from overconfidence, insecurity, misinterpretation of assignment criteria, existing search habits, and any number of other factors. By discussing these pitfalls, librarians and instructors can better understand how to proactively promote student success.
