WKU Professor of Psychological Sciences to give research talk on gender, suicide, and self-harm at annual Genderations Luncheon

On Friday, November 1, Dr. Amy Brausch, Professor of Psychological Sciences, will present her research at the annual Genderations Luncheon. Her talk will include a discussion of how rates of suicide ideation, attempts, and deaths differ by gender, and how gender impacts risk and experience of suicide.
The event, which is hosted by the Gender and Women’s Studies Program and sponsored by the Gail Martin Faculty Development and Lecture Fund, will take place in HCIC 1011. Lunch will be served at 11:45, with Dr. Brausch’s talk to follow from 12:15-1:00 p.m.
