Residence Hall Room Change Requests

You can request a room change on Topnet beginning September 6th at 8 a.m. Approvals will begin September 7th. The room change request process ends February 1st. 

To request a room change:

1. Log into Topnet

2. Click on "Room Change Request" under the Student Services Menu

3. Enter your request and click "Submit"

4. You will be notified by email within 3 business days if you are approved or denied your request. You will have 24 hours to accept or deny the offer if it has been approved. You are not limited on how many times you can submit a request.
