Residence Hall Rates
The following rates are for double occupancy rooms per semester.
The private room rate is 1.4 times the double room rate.
Extended living halls remain open during Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break. All other halls will close during those periods.
Students who live in PFT must opt-in to winter break housing to remain on campus during any portion of that period, and a $500 housing charge will be assessed to their student account.
