The WKU Apartments offer premiere, fully furnished two-bedroom and one-bedroom options for students with more than 60 credit hours who desire an apartment experience while living on the Hill.

All halls close for Thanksgiving Break except Pearce Ford Tower, Meredith, and Zacharias Halls.
November 27-29
University closed.

All residence halls, except Pearce Ford Tower, Meredith Hall, and Zacharias Hall.
Students in PFT, ME, & ZA who plan to stay over the break will need to opt-in to extended living housing to retain building access. More information forthcoming.

Students Returning to On-Campus Housing for 2025-2026
During Phase 1 you can choose to stay in the same room, add a roommate, and update your housing application.

During Phase 2 you can select a new room, add a roommate, join a hall waitlist, and update your housing application.

All halls close at 6 PM for Spring Break except Pearce Ford Tower, Meredith Hall, and Zacharias Hall.
March 17-21
Spring Break - no classes. University offices are closed March 19-21.
Sunday, March 23

Advanced registration is required for residents who will be moving directly into summer school housing from their Spring assignment on Friday, May 9, 2025.
Advanced registration will begin on April 1 online in the Housing Portal. Those registering early will receive their room assignment at check-in.
Students who are moving in AFTER May 9, 2025 should register at least 1 business day in advance through the Housing Portal.
May 5-8
Friday, May 9, 6 PM - 10 AM Saturday, May 10
Students living on campus during the summer will move into the summer hall.
All summer hall residents must be checked out of their spring assignment before 10 AM, Saturday, May 10.
Saturday, May 10
All residence halls close and residents must checkout of their rooms.
