Pearce Ford Tower

Pearce Ford Tower (PFT) is a 27 story residence hall located on the south end of campus housing 857 students. This landmark hall was built in 1970 and is the tallest residence hall in Kentucky. PFT was completely renovated in 2009. The 27th floor features a large community multi-purpose space, featuring two TV lounges, billiard/ping pong tables, and a study room with the best view on campus. PFT is located in the First Year Village next to a dining location and a convenience store.

Each floor shares a bathroom with private, locking stalls.

Open to All Students

Extended Living (2024-2025)

Extended living halls remain open during Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break. All other halls will close during those periods.

Students who live in extended living halls must opt-in to winter break housing to remain on campus during any portion of that period, and a $450 housing charge will be assessed to their student account.
