Access the WKU Housing Portal

The WKU Housing Portal allows you to:

View your housing assignment*
Confirm or cancel your housing assignment
Request an exemption from the required housing policy
Sign up for a move-in timeslot
View the room inventory
Request a room change
Register for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan - Learn More

*If there is no room assignment listed for you, your assignment has not been made. Room assignments are made in date-received order and will be available as they are made throughout the summer. You will receive an email when your assignment is available.

Troubleshooting Tips

The Housing Portal is best viewed in Firefox. We do not recommend viewing the Portal in Internet Explorer.

If you are on a wireless device on campus, it is recommended to use the WKU-WIRELESS network. WKU-SECURE is known to cause error messages.

Having trouble accessing the Housing Portal? Go to MyWKU and choose the Housing Portal from the menu. https://my.wku.edu/

If you are unable to login to the Housing Portal with your WKU NetID and password AND you have utlized the Lookup my NetID tool to ensure you are using the correct login, please call (270)745-3143.
